Sustainable Agrology through Agro Forest in Mountain Areas of Nepal (SAAFMAN II)

Over the past three years, agroforestry has been promoted in Rawabensi and Aiselukharka Rural Municipalities of Khotang District through farmers’ groups, satellite nurseries, and four AFRCs. The extended phase focuses on institutionalizing AFRCs, engaging youth, commercializing production, and strengthening market linkages to build climate resilience, generate income, and improve livelihoods.
