MD-AFRC Phase II

To bring ecological and economic benefits to rural farming communities in Mandan Deupur Municipality, EcoHimal in financial support of The Glacier Trust  UK is implementing Mandan Deupur Agroforest Resources Centre (MD-AFRC)- 2nd phase for 3 years from December 2021 with a special focus on livelihood improvement of local communities.

MD-AFRC is moving towards institutional and financial sustainability- with well equipped with necessary capitals (land), infrastructures, furniture and other materials for accommodation, kitchen, training logistics and tools. All necessary structures are at place to run an institution smoothly. It is institutionally sound with established essential administrative and managerial capabilities and requirements. The institutional capabilities for sustainability is well developed and strengthened.
